1) Scrap information available in sites such as oddsportal and/or betbrain for soccer and basketball, in markets such as ML, Asian Handicap and Overs;
2) Lists only the lines that can fill a certain criteria, such as odds in a specific bookmaker that are well above market average;

The professional should have an experience with scrapping and should be able to write a code that could be used by someone that is not an expert on coding (me!
